Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake with ice. Strain into a double rocks glass, add ice and garnish with a slice of pineapple and toasted coconut.
About the Rums:
Solera Rum:

Crafted in the oldest and largest Solera system in the US, our Solera-aged rum is matured in port wine and bourbon barrels. Made from blackstrap molasses and pot distilled, it boasts rich caramel and vanilla flavors, with hints of smoky oak and tropical fruit.
ESD Rum:

ESD Rum is a traditional black strap dark rum with a modern twist. At 100 proof, this powerhouse rum adds a burst of flavor to any cocktail. It has an aromatic nose of citrus and molasses and offers a full-bodied experience with notes of dried stone fruit, orange peel, caramel, tropical fruit, and a hint of molasses.
