Led by certified instructors in clean, well-equipped facilities, these land fitness classes make it easy to stay active, healthy and connected while enjoying island life.
Body Sculpt
In this full–body strength class, you’ll get better at building strength, improving your muscle endurance, and changing your body composition. Each class starts with a warm–up, then moves on to exercises that target different muscles and include work for your abs. The class ends with a stretching session. This fun weight training class will not only help you change your body but also cheer you up. Come dressed in comfortable workout clothes.
Core, Balance & Stretch
Want to improve your balance and build strong core muscles while feeling energized? This class is for everyone who wants to burn calories without risking injury or straining muscles.
Cycle & Strength
This class combines spinning with exercises that focus on your glutes and core muscles while you’re off the bike.
Dance Fitness
This is a group fitness class that uses different types of dance. It’s a full–body aerobic workout that has different sections with varying levels of intensity. Doing dance fitness regularly can improve your fitness, change your body, boost your confidence and reduce stress. You’ll also learn some cool dance moves that you can show off on the dance floor. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, or just switch things up, you’ll get better results by keeping your body challenged and always learning new things. Try a few different classes to keep your body guessing and always on its toes.
Essentrics
This is a stretching and mobility technique that helps your body at every stage of life. It builds full–body strength while being kind to your joints, so you can move smoothly without pain.
Fit Fitter Fittest Bootcamp
Need a challenge? This high–intensity workout will push you out of your comfort zone, no matter your fitness level. It mixes aerobic exercises, strength training, endurance, agility, bodyweight exercises, free weights and other equipment like hula hoops and ladders for a variety of workouts. If you’re ready for a fun, tough, and sweaty class, this is the one for you.
Fusion Flow
This class combines yoga flow with mat Pilates. It will challenge your core and stability while improving your flexibility.
Gentle Yoga
This is a slower, more relaxed practice that uses the basics of yoga—breathing and mindful movement. The class starts with mindful breathing, followed by a warm–up, then moves into a 15-minute slow flow that focuses on proper alignment in classic poses. The class ends with stretching and a 3-5 minute rest in savasana with calming music. Please note that the class includes seated, kneeling and standing positions, with modifications available for different needs.
Hatha Yoga (Discipline of Force)
This practice involves physical postures and breathing techniques to build strength, improve health and support emotional well–being. It’s suitable for beginners, intermediates, and advanced students.
Off the Ground Yoga
This is not like passive chair yoga. You’ll discover a new way to get stronger, more balanced and full of energy, fine–tuning your practice—even if your body has had some unexpected challenges.
Pilates
Pilates helps fix muscle imbalances, builds strength and flexibility with a focus on the core. It’s a challenging yet safe way to shape your body, lengthen your muscles, and feel more agile in your daily activities.
Spin
This class is open to all ages and fitness levels. It’s a 45-minute workout that builds cardiovascular strength and endurance, and burns a lot of calories. Beginners are welcome!
Slow Flow Restorative Yoga
Imagine a flowing yoga sequence that builds stamina while giving you a deep sense of peace and flexibility—whether you’re recovering from an injury or just looking for something new.
Stretch and Balance
This class focuses on stretching all major muscle groups and includes balance and stability exercises to help with everyday activities.
Strength and Core
Each 45-minute class is different and uses equipment to keep things challenging, fun, and exciting. All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications are available for everyone.
Yoga
This is a vinyasa–style yoga class suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced students. It starts with a short meditation or centering session. Then the class moves through different poses, including moments of stillness and breath awareness, and ends with supine poses that flow into savasana. A little reiki is also included. I hope you leave feeling empowered, energized, and relaxed, with your mind and body feeling connected and at ease.
Yoga: Deep Stretch
Perfect for anyone wanting a deep stretch or to follow up a tough workout. You’ll increase flexibility, improve balance, and reduce pain. It can also help with sports like golf, tennis or pickleball while helping to prevent injuries.
