Locals and Island visitors rejoice!
The peak season on Hilton Head is over for 2025. So, the Town of Hilton Head announced there will be no charge for beach parking at all public lots. Therefore, parking is free at Alder Lane, Driessen, Fish Haul, Folly Field, and Islanders Beach Parks until March 1 of next year. However, parking fees at Chaplin Community Park will begin a little later on May 19. Parking at Coligny Beach Park is free throughout the year.
So enjoy the off-season and hit the beach!
