This live stream camera of the HHI Eagle Cam captures the daily activities of a bald eagle pair that have been nesting on Hilton Head Island for over a decade.

The eagles, known as “Gracie” and “George”, have become local celebrities and their nest has been carefully monitored and protected by the Hilton Head Island Land Trust. They have welcomed their second and final eaglet of the 2025 season.
Gracie and George have been nesting at an undisclosed location on Hilton Head for 13 years. However, this marks their debut under the watchful eyes of 1.7 million Eagle Cam viewers. Last year, Gracie laid three eggs, though only two eaglets successfully fledged—the process of leaving the nest.
Over the coming weeks, the adult eagles will diligently bring food to the nest, tearing it apart for the eaglets to eat until they’re big enough to manage on their own—around five weeks old. Both eaglets are currently healthy and were seen peacefully eating together Wednesday morning, according to Robin Storey, president of the land trust.
The Eagle Cam nest is nestled on private property at an undisclosed location to protect the eagles from disturbances.
These birds are highly sensitive during nesting, so preserving their environment is crucial. This eagle pair is believed to be embarking on their 13th nesting season. During the 2023-2024 nesting cycle, the pair successfully hatched three eggs, with two eaglets taking to the skies.
