Summertime fun is here with the Arts Center’s creative, action–packed summer camps.
Mermaids and Pirates
- June 8 – 12
- Ships, scales, and hidden tales! A hands-on voyage where young explorers ages 6–10 bring the magic of the ocean to life through epic builds and creative discovery.
Lowcountry STEAM
- June 8 – 12 | July 20–24
- In this high–energy STEAM camp, students tackle real–world engineering through the lens of coastal art. Build underwater food chains, wiring circuits and print the patterns of the Lowcountry.
Kids N Clay
- June 15 – 18 & 26
- Young artists will shape, sculpt, and glaze their way through a week of hands-on fun. Learn clay techniques such as pinch, slab and coil to create everything from tiny creatures to colorful pots.

Theatre Camp
- June 22 – 26
- Campers become the cast, crew, and creators of their own original production—writing scripts, building sets, designing costumes and bringing stories to life. The week ends with a Friday performance for family and friends.
Take the Stage
- July 6 – 10
- Kids will sing, dance and act their hearts out alongside professional artists—building bold characters, mastering scenes, and learning choreography. It all comes together in a high–energy mini showcase in the Black Box Theatre at Hilton Head High School on Friday.
Mixed-Up Masterpieces
- July 6 – 10
- From folk traditions to fine art, campers will create unique 2D and 3D masterpieces inspired by cultures across the globe. The week wraps up with a special Friday exhibit and reception to celebrate their creativity.
Musical Theatre Camp
- July 20 – 24
- Elevate your performance with elite coaching from regional theater professionals.
This immersive week dives deep into stage presence and audition techniques, using iconic Broadway hits as our guide.
