Book early to take full advantage of the greatest number of choices. Ideally if you're interested in homes try to firm up your vacation plans in January or February. The selection begins to shrink early. When reserving villas (condos) you have more time to decide but don't be a procrastinator, be a planner.

Many properties offer sleeper sofas. So if you would like to save some money, you might think of looking for one less bedroom if you know a sleeper sofa will work.

In many instances a home is the better economical answer to multiple villas/condos.

If you're flexible in terms of vacation dates, check out our rate schedule because you can reap big savings simply by adjusting your schedule by a week or two.

During peak season we generally only rent Saturday to Saturday. However, during non-peak periods properties can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights for villas and 4 nights for homes. However, your best daily rate is to rent 7 nights where you'll receive the greatest nightly discount. Renting 4 nights during off peak periods is almost at the weekly rate, so for a few dollars more you'll have 3 more nights.

During the quietest time of the year, October thru February, you can stay a month and only pay 2 times the lowest weekly rate of the year, meaning you pay for 2 weeks of the month and get 2 weeks free.

Stay 3 months, specifically 90 days or more and you pay no taxes, saving 11%!

September and October are the best two months of the year. Unfortunately not everyone can vacation during this time. The peak season is over, meaning you can walk right in to restaurants and be seated, less traffic and a slower pace, fantastic weather, warm 80's, sunny skies, lower humidity and still warm ocean water. The Island sparkles. Additionally, starting the second week in October our lowest winter prices go into affect.
