January 17: We’re Having Ravioli! Who doesn’t love ravioli? In this fun hands-on class, you’ll learn to make homemade ravioli! Chef Trey will guide you step by step through ravioli-making techniques—from making, rolling and cutting dough to filling and cooking ravioli. You’ll make two amazing fillings plus traditional Italian sauces everyone will love. After the cooking is done, sit down with a glass of wine and enjoy a feast of your freshly made ravioli!
