Hands-On Cooking Class with Chef Trey Place!

June 19: Fresh Pasta 101! WIn this fun hands-on experience, you’ll learn how to make your own fresh pasta. Our chefs will help you prepare two types of pasta dough and then you’ll make different shapes of pasta and sauces to complement them! You’ll even make your own homemade spaghetti. After all the pasta is made, you’ll dust off the flour and sit down for a family style lunch of your new pasta dishes. MENU: Hand Rolled Pici, Fresh Spaghetti, Hand Cut Pappardelle, Boscaiola Sauce, Pomodoro Sauce, Cacio e Pepe. 11:30 a.m. $95 (plus tax and gratuity). Reservations are strongly recommended.
