January 18: “An Evening in Piemonte” Special Evening Cooking Demonstration with Wine Pairings at Michael Anthony’s! We hope you’ll join us for a special evening cooking demonstration featuring premium wine pairings. The region of Piemonte is a gastronomic dreamland, attracting gourmet travelers from all over the world who go there to simply eat the delectable cuisine and enjoy some of the world’s finest wines. Chef Trey will be demonstrating how to prepare a classic Piemontese menu, each course paired with one of the Piemonte’s famous wines, including the famed Barolo, selected and presented by our Sommelier P. J. Myers. This unique evening includes a welcome glass of prosecco, small dinner portions of each recipe, a three ounce tasting of each fabulous wine and a recipe booklet to take home.
