Seafood Jazz & Brew

Merging two of its signature events – FoodFest and WineFest – into a two-week festival scheduled for March of next year, the Hilton Head Area Hospitality Association will host a new showcase event this September, Seafood Jazz & Brew.

Kicking off at Shelter Cove Community Park on September 12 from 5:30-7:30 p.m., seafood petit plates will be served by The Old Fort Pub, Ocean Grille, Antonios, CQ's, The Boathouse II and Celebration Events Catering with live jazz provided by Bob Masteller and the Terry Grant Trio. Reservations are required, the cost to attend is $250 for a tented space and table seating six or $50 for individual seats.

On Saturday, September 13, the party moves to Shelter Cove Harbour with an AHA Sanctioned Home Brew Competition from 8 a.m.-noon. Public Beer Tastings run from noon to 4 p.m. and the $10 admission includes a tasting glass and four tasting tokens. Additional tokens are available for purchase. Designated drivers are admitted for $3.
